Interviewing Tarzan: Learning Colors

   Back in May of 2017 I had the chance to interview Tarzan. This was the inaugural video of my Character Interviews series. In my last meeting with him, I was lucky enough to watch Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party fireworks with him, Jane and Terk. He kept naming all the colors as they lit up the sky, even called the yellow ones "Bananas". Jane informed me he was learn his colors. In this meeting, I asked him if he learned any new colors since our last meeting and he said he did. He was so proud naming all the colors in my shirt. The stripe he called "Blue" is more of a blue-green. He was so proud of pointing it out I didn't have the heart to correct him since I can see how someone could mistake it for blue.

   There was virtually no line for him, like usual. His line is never long at all when you can find him, even during the parties. He really takes his time with each guest and never rushes. Though short, this is one of my favorite interviews because it gave me the confidence to know I can do this. I hope you enjoyed watching our interview and until next time: keep cooking with character!
