Good luck and never fear!-- The Colonel
This short quote comes to us when Pongo and Perdita are trying to make their escape from Cruella with all their puppies, including all the ones they just adopted. The Colonel then promises they (the retired military animals) "will hold them off to the bitter end" before setting traps to stop the "old mad lady" as one of the puppies called her.
Sometimes the shortest quotes are the best. This is no exception. Everyone needs to hear this, whether it's just before a competition, a preformance, a test or just about anytime something life-changing happens. It is extremely short and sweet, not to mention to the point. It also really needs no explaination.
Good luck is always a nice thing to have and have wished upon you. Never fearing, now that's the tricky part. It's ok to be afraid of things, especially if they are new or if it is something that will hurt you. Yet if it is doing something new, like trying a new food, don't let your fear of the possibility of you not liking it keep you from doing it or trying it. You never know what new worlds open up if you don't try anything. For Pongo and Perdy, though it was extremely dangerous, they didn't know if they would be able to save their puppies and bring them all the way home to London. If they were afraid of not being able to save them, the pair didn't let it show, just their love and determination to get them safe. Having good friends helping them along the way also helped Pongo and Perdita.
So until next time always remember to not let your fear get the best of you and Keep Cooking with Character!
