So many characters, So little time, and lots of updates

Lots have happened since Hurricane Irma hit Central FL. Luckily there was not as much damage as everyone feared was going to happen. During the hurricane, the only thing that kept me calm was listening to The Voices of Liberty.  All that's left now is a lot of debris on the roadsides. The cleaning crews are working their hardest to get everything cleaned up. Mostly this is found on the back roads and all main roads are clear.
My apologies on my blog silence. I'm still keeping up with posting my character interviews on my YouTube channel and food tasting at EPCOT's Food and Wine Festival. This past Saturday I was able to get 10 Character Interviews in one day. It was sheer dumb luck since many weren't advertised in the Times Guide. I've got a bit of a backlog of transcripts and recaps to do. In order to keep with the continuity of some of the interviews I've included clickable cards on the videos and will be going in order on here. I have been getting better at the interviewing! I've still not forgotten my 365 Day project either, which has taken a small backseat to everything, but it will get restarted with Day 11 soon.  I'm also working on a few things behind the scenes as well. I hope to get them live soon. So keep checking back and Keep Cooking with Character!
