Updates Galore

Hi everyone!
I know it's been a long time since I've last posted. I have been juggling a lot of things behind the scenes. Working full-time and trying to blog is quite the challange, especially when you have a daily-post project in the wings. Not to mention throw in video editing and a major hurricane (which thankfully was only giving us tropical storm conditions here in Central FL) into the mix and it's frazzle-dazzle city!
For those wondering, I still have not forgotten about my DisneyQuotes365 project. As much as I want to continue it, in order to not keep you or myself confused, I'll be picking it up next year because I would have over 100 days to catch up on and it's close enough to the end of the year that I think it can wait until June of next year. This will also allow me to get the rest of the quotes as well. Now this may change and I may go on Quotestravaganza and flood your inboxes with quotes, but we shall see how it goes. I am determined to finish this project no matter how long it may take me, but no clear plan how to do it.
Here's the latest scoop on what I've got up and coming. I've got a couple videos I'll be posting to YouTube within the next month. I can't wait to post one of those yummy ones in particular. I've also got a lot of things planned as well, such as going to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and EPCOT's Food and Wine Festival. I've also been working on a cute little character for my mascot and something that I think is huge and will help me be able to bring even more content to you than I am now. That alone will be two posts when I finish this one. (Note to self that is your cue to do the posts now.)
So until next time Keep Cooking with Character!

Updates Galore!!

Hey guys!
Things got a bit chaotic again behind the scenes. I'm still getting used to my new place and work's been rather fun, but hot! The heat here in Central Florida has been the draining kind of heat so I usually end up hitting the hay once I get in either after work or after getting new content. No matter who you are, a native or a transplant, this kind of heat is a killer if you're not careful! Even if you stay extremely hydrated like I try my best to, it'll still fry you like an egg on a sidewalk.  Speaking of new content, I have some new videos that will be going up on my YouTube channel within the next month. I also plan to get caught back up on my DisneyQuotes365 project. I know I'm way behind on it. It's just a matter of getting back into the posting rythym again!
So much to do and so little time!
Until next time, Keep Cooking with Character!

It's update time again!

Hey guys!
I know it's been a while since I've posted, or worked on my DisneyQuotes365 project. Life's been giving me a couple curve balls this past month, but now I think I'm back on track and in the right direction I want to go and to take things. It's been a real struggle to make time to blog and get new content out and up. Not going to lie, in between moving closer to work and Disney, having car troubles and working full time, the first half of this month has been quite stressful to say the least. Unfortunately because of it, my blogging has had to take a backseat to things. Thankfully, things are starting to calm down to where I can go back to doing what makes me truly happy, which is blogging in my spare time. Also my new place has a steady wifi connection so it will make posting and blogging a lot easier!
I've got some new content for my channel that I am working on editing. Time will tell if I decide one video or two. What I will tell you about it is that I've not shot a video like this before and it deals with Disney Springs. I plan to have it posted by the end of the month. Sooner if the editing goes well. I still have a lot of ideas that I want to try and things I want to do when time and funds allow. So keep checking back either on here or on YouTube. If I don't post an update to one, I'll post an update to another. If you don't want to check either individually, there's always my Facebook Page which both cross-post to.
So that being said, I've got a lot of Quotes to catch up on and Keep Cooking with Character!

So many characters, So little time, and lots of updates

Lots have happened since Hurricane Irma hit Central FL. Luckily there was not as much damage as everyone feared was going to happen. During the hurricane, the only thing that kept me calm was listening to The Voices of Liberty.  All that's left now is a lot of debris on the roadsides. The cleaning crews are working their hardest to get everything cleaned up. Mostly this is found on the back roads and all main roads are clear.
My apologies on my blog silence. I'm still keeping up with posting my character interviews on my YouTube channel and food tasting at EPCOT's Food and Wine Festival. This past Saturday I was able to get 10 Character Interviews in one day. It was sheer dumb luck since many weren't advertised in the Times Guide. I've got a bit of a backlog of transcripts and recaps to do. In order to keep with the continuity of some of the interviews I've included clickable cards on the videos and will be going in order on here. I have been getting better at the interviewing! I've still not forgotten my 365 Day project either, which has taken a small backseat to everything, but it will get restarted with Day 11 soon.  I'm also working on a few things behind the scenes as well. I hope to get them live soon. So keep checking back and Keep Cooking with Character!

Updates and Irma-gerd!!

Hi y'all!
Lots has been going on behind the scenes! Between my two jobs and school, I haven't had time to update much on here. Here's what I Have been able to do: I have been able to get a few more character interviews and several videos of things you can see or do around "D World" up on my YouTube channel since I can easily record and post to it. So if you've not yet subscribed, I recommend doing so so you don't miss out! You'll never know what I may post!
Speaking of posting....
There's a beauty of a beast-type hurricane knocking on my back porch over the next couple of days. I'm pretty sure you've heard of her. She goes by the name of Irma. Since she has shut down the entire state of Florida (no schools, no work and worst of all NO DISNEY til at least  Tues the 12th!!), it will give me plenty of time to catch up on all the posts I have waiting in the wings. So expect a flurry of posts as I recap the Flower and Garden foods, Pandora's newest treats and my thoughts on my latest interviews!
So to all my readers: stay safe and remember to keep cooking with character!
