This litlte matter-of-fact quote comes to us when Winnie the Pooh (or Pooh for short) hears his Pooh-coo-clock chiming just before breakfast. It reminds him that it is time for something he needs to do.
Have you ever said something along these lines? What sort of exersises do you like to do? Do you like to run or jog? Perhaps you like to do gymnastics or simple stretches? Maybe you like to swim or just go for a walk in the park. Perhaps you like to lift weights or do as Pooh does and just try to touch the ground a few times. Some of my favorites are just walking in the park and going swimming. Unfortunately, my body does not allow me to do anything more strenuous.
How does it make you feel to do them? Does it make you extra hungry like Pooh? Does it make you happy? Perhaps it makes you feel like you've accomplished something in your day. Whatever you choose to do to exersise, I hope it makes you feel good inside. Personally, every time I do any form of exercise, I end up getting extra hungry like Winnie the Pooh. Whatever it makes you feel inside, hopefully you will not feel any sort of bad pain or get injured by it. Nothing is worth getting injured over if you can help it.
There are a lot of health benefits to excersising, even the "low-impact" excersises. You live longer. You don't get sick as much because you're healthier. It releases endorphins (brain chemicals that make you happy). The reasons are endless to why people should excersise. There's countless websites devoted to excersising as well. They tell you how to do it and why among other things. Some are facinating reads, like what happens when you do them; others not so much. Whatever waya you choise to excersise, be it with a trainer, on your own, or watching videos and following along, you do what works for you. No two people are ever alike, and that goes for exersising too.
So until next time, don't forget to do your sttout-ness excersises and Keep Cooking with Character!
