This song comes to us when the castle servants see Beast falling for Belle and vice versa. It speaks of all the hopes they have once they're human again and no longer animated household objects. It also shows that Beast didn't keep up with his schooling once he was transformed by The Enchantress.
I was torn between this song and Belle (Reprise) for this DisneyQuoteSong Saturday. I ultimately went with "Human Again" because it speaks of hope and shows how cleaning up a room really brightens up the place even if the circumstances surrounding one are not the best.
I love how the servants have picked up the subtle signs that Belle and Beast give off. That gives them hope that the spell will finally be broken. Having a clean castle definitely improved everyone's moods. Have you ever cleaned your room and felt happier? Perhaps you've cleaned your whole house like the servants did. Did it make you just as happy? Perhaps you've taken a shower after a hard day's work. Did it make you feel "human again"?
Have you ever made plans for the future like they did in the song? Are they simple plans or grand plans? When you think about them, do they make you feel happy? Have you ever tried to put them into motion? If you had put them in motion did you ever get discouraged because it wasn't going as quickly as you wanted or needed? If you did, that's ok. It's normal to feel discouraged once in a while. Just don't give up.
