Eric, if I may say, far better than any dream girl, is one of flesh and blood, one warm and caring, and right before your eyes.-- Grimsby, The Little Mermaid

As Eric plays his flute dreaming of the gorgeous young woman who saved his life in the shipwreck, Grimbsy makes this observation before going inside.

Have you ever dreamed about the perfect person for you? Were you one of the lucky ones to have found him/her? Are you still looking for him/her? What do you look for when you're looking in your dream person? Do you have a list written down or just have it committed to memory? Do you dream of your wedding one day to them? How do you know they're the one when you meet them? Do you look for a sign or just go with your guy and heart?

 This quote, while wordy, holds a lot of truth. For all the dreaming one does, it doesn't compare to the feelings that happen when you're with someone that's flesh and blood, especially if the one you're with is perfect for you or even when you're with friends. You could build someone so perfect in your mind but not be able to find them in reality. Likewise, you may be able to find someone so perfect in reality it would exceed all your mind's expectations. So it's kinda a Catch-22. It's always a good idea what you want in the person you'll spend the rest of your life with.
